The PICs drawing a couple mA the NPNs are like ?about nothing?, but the
motors draw 80mA? A CR2032 is only rated at like 75 or 100mAH isn't it?  It
isn't all that much.  If you put a couple in series like a flashlight you
get more voltage, but same current storage.  If you put them in parallel,
your voltage stays the same but your current storage goes up.  Try that.
