Just a BS in mechanical engineering. When hiring someone, one thing I look at is: how does someone tell about his/her experience. People with too much emphasis on: "Look how great I am" mostly don't get hired. One thing that I like is people saying (simple version): "Programming is about how analitical you are, the language/processor specific details can be learned quickly". Those are (in my opinion) the people that understand programming c.q. the job at hand. These are the kind of people you can hire for almost any job/project. Greetz John
