I am having a problem compiling a program with CCS C.  I installed MLAP and
then the IDE enviroment.  I used the wizard to create a new project with
basically nothing selected other than the process and speed.  When a select
compile, I get a "missing or invalid .reg file".  So what I am doing wrong?
