Well..I can't find any reference to DS30445A in this tutorial at all. But..if I'm not mistaken, you're probably needing the 16C84 datasheet. Since the 'F84 is the 'C84's big brother, you'll have to get that datasheet. Take a look at Microchip's site: http://www.microchip.com.
