I know this is slight OT, but I have searched around for such help, and only
found, "Buy this prgmr, buy that prgmr", Sorry.
I have already got an interface working from the parallel port, but I'm
having difficulty reading these two devices.

Does anyone out there have any code snippets, preferably in C to read/write a
X2444 or 24H30 eeprom ?

Any help/advance gratefully received.  Thanks in advance.
