1.Somebody is feeding the PABX from a radio to provide music to callers on hold,
and has turned the radio volume up that high that it breaks through on the
exchange?

2. Has a new radio station been set up nearby? An FM station with say 100 watts
output for a campus sized area could get into the exchange electronics if
situated close enough.
