Jon, Have you thought about the 'Oscillator Calibration Value' and any differences between that in the 'JW' part vs. the OTP? I wouldn't think the calibration of the internal oscillator would differ that nuch from each other, but you never can tell. Also, check to make sure the unused peripherals are in the state you think they're in. I'll keep thinking.
