Thanks for the help in QBasic.

My RS232 to pic communication program works thanks to Rudy.  I guess I need
to get more familiar with Qbasic.  Anyway my pic program worked the first
time.  Well, OK, the second time.  No one told me that the LSB is sent first
in RS232.

Also, everyone has been talking a lot about measuring rain-fall.  What is
the standard for it?  Ex.  1" per what volume?  Just curious.
