No, don't touch Multisim, the schematic tool is dreadful!!
If you don't need Gerber (photoplotter) output, I would get
the Ultimate Studio suite, schematic & pcb
(www.ultiboard.com).
The pcb part is also now sold as Multisim Layout :(
