I haven't read far enough through today's mail to know if your question has been answered, but a MOD chip is a retro-fit for Sony Playstations to allow people to play foriegn games or "backups". I personally install PIC12C508 chips. You have to burn the code into them and get the correct installation diagrams for the software you put into it. Also, there are different diagrams for each generation/model of the playstation. As for you friend, you could get the software & diagrams easy enough on the net. This person say it is a Stealth MOD chip and want more units... what a hell is this Stealth MOD chip, and where I can find (if available for free or for sale) the code for it...? Thanks. Wagner.
