I have this idea of a

    data glove + sign language (ASL) + text to speech + LCD text visual feedback

    (PIC with A/D + LCD driver + text to speech....)

a voice glove sort of device for the voice-impaired.  Don't have much expertise

and have delayed undertaking this since last year.  Anybody interested?

A good thing to do!
