You can either use a +/-6 volt supply powering the 4066 and other devices that are up/downstream the 4066, or use 2 100 ohm 1 watt resistors like this: +12 V ---WW----+---WW---- GND | | Vdd Vss Sure this arragement draws lots of current and gets warm, but it works flawlessly in my own system.
