I worked with Zilog Z02400
and all was fine
Don't know if TDK is cheap but Zilog suppy all need material
and even sources
Then I used Z02922 which has fax 9600 work good but we refused from it of no
practical use in our project
And now they have modified chips think low cost and more powerfull
