Ok gang.  I have taken a short break from designing my personal PBX to
investigate a toy for my grandkids (and I'm only 39)!!!

Can somebody point me in the direction of using small DC motors as servos.
I haven't the faintest clue as to how I get proportional turning using a
simple DC motor.

A sample circuit and sample code (commented) would be much appreciated by me
and the kids.

BTW:  The circuit is for two little motorized cars.  I want to use IR
emitters and detectors and have these things roam about the living room and
find each other.  Part numbers for wide angle IR detectors is welcomed as
well.
