MPLAB is supposed to be NT-compatible if and when they release the 32-bit
version (5.something, presumably), but until then it is still a 16-bit
Windoze program that only just barely works with 95 and not at all with NT.
Well, under NT, you can run the editor but none of the real tools like
programmers or emulators.
