You need a Patent Agent or Lawyer. What are you going to do when the patent office disallows your patent? You need to be familiar with case law to rebut it. 2. They vary dramatically (like programmers) in their skill and speed. Find one who understands you easily and who impresses you with his sharpness. 3.
