I was working on something similiar to this already. They have disk adapters for flash ram already, but I *think* they have them where you can use a 32meg flash card and it acts like a 32meg floppy, only lots faster. Its definitely possible, but I wonder how much of a pain its going to be to get the feedback to the drive controller the way it wants it.
