I have talked with the Microchip employees in charge of the PICStart Plus and
was told that all the information (Schematic, Source Code, Parts List,
Interface Protocol, etc.) were considered to be proprietary information.
They will not, and have no plans, release this information to the public.

If you E-mail me off list I will give you the contact info I have in my
possession.
