I'm just getting into PIC's for the first time and it is for a personal
project.  I like the idea of In Circuit Programming (ICP) and would like
opinions on a programmer for the PIC1684 and PIC1687.  It would be nice but
not a show stopper if the programmer would connect to a solderless
breadboard.

Any helpful information is appreciated.
