I'm not a Bible thumper, but the implantation thing sounds a lot like "the
mark of the beast".

That part of the idea scares me.

I'll bet 'big brother' has already got lots of 'personal housekeeping'
ideas for these cards already. I wonder how long before we are implanted
with them at birth.
