Hi,

I looked at upgrading my PicStart 16B1 with the Phoenix firmware but found
that you have to program it into a 17C4x which this programmer can't do.
What you might call a bootstrap problem !

Any suggestions for getting around this ?? Does anyone supply a
programmed part ??
