I'd advise you get hold of EagleLite from www.cadsoft.de if you want to do automatic routing. Not because it's the best routing package but because it is fairly simple to arrive at the stage of routing and to manually tweak layouts. If you just want to do manual routing I've always used paintbrush pro. Made a number of pad layouts and twiddle bits in one bmp file and then used this as a palette to copy and paste into my main schematic. I find this is a little slower than using some other packages but it gives you the highest degree of control over your final mask. The latest version of PSP can be found at www.download.com or a local www.tucows.com Regards Allan West ----- Original Message ----- From: "Leo" To: Sent: 19 January 2000 06:54 Subject: Simplest program for printed circuit > Hi friends, > > some time ago we have discussed about the best software for mastering > pronted circuit board.
