Yes, there is one named WARP17, you only have to make an adapter. If i'm not mistaken it's available at dontronics.com, but i'm not pretty shure. Another option is that you buy a PICSTART plus, and program the '756 with it. The only requirement is to make/buy an adapter. there is a good adapter for the warp17 which works ok with PS+ (i used it); it must also be at dontronic's.

I have just done a quick search on the web and was unable to find an in
circuit programmer for the 17C756. Does anyone here know of such a device??
