Thanks to all who responded to my question about web page photo quality.

Problem is cleared. A matter of setting color  preferences in AOL.  I
appreciate the good suggestions about saving files as jpg  256 colors using
paintshop. I am doing that next to improve downloading timeof images any
other suggestions for speeding up download of images is greatly appreciated.
