You can try a retailer like Farnell (their catalogue has the codes for some
parts), or manufacturers website/databooks.

I've never seen anywhere you can look the part number up using the
code.

Can you narrow it done to whether it is a bjt, or fet or diode, or even two
diodes?  (I am assuming its in a SOT-23 package)

Also, if you repeat the code here, someone may be able to find out for
you.
