I'm new to the list, so I apologize if this has been covered.  I've been
using PICs for a few years, but never needed an external EPROM until now.
I'm interested in using a 27x512.  Could someone recommend a cheap
programmer?  Is the Xeltek RommasterII a good choice?  I'm not thrilled with
their DOS-only software, but the programmer is relatively cheap ($179).
