Sorry,
  Digi key has them for around $.84 USD.  This is in quantity 100.  There
is probably a further price break for 3K.  I seem to remember someone
having them for around $.75 but I don't remember who.  There's a utility
out there called partminer that can be found at www.partminer.com.  It
basically searches out over the web through all of the bigger mail-order
parts distributers and gets you price, availability and quantity discount.
Its really cool.  I recommend it for general parts spelunking.
