Des, I don't off-hand know where to get those (I'm offline right now) - if you haven't tried http://www.findchips.com/, try there. http://www.chipdir.com/ for spec sheets, also http://www.falstaff.demon.co.uk/giicm.html has a bunch of pinouts for various IC's if all you want are the pinouts. If you find a source in the US that won't ship to Australia, or wants too much to ship you a few IC's, I can re-ship things to you.
