Remove them from the PICLIST? For non-PICLIST activities? I hate spam as much as the next person (both kinds), but to remove them from the PICLIST for their business practices seems to me like barring someone from purchasing a newspaper simply because they annoyed a lactose-intolerant subscriber by offering them some ice cream.
