Has anyone successfully used the stimulus input for MPLAB?  I'm trying to
simulate some digital IO through MPLAB, and sometimes it seems to work, and
others nothing happens on my IO pins.  I don't seem to get any indication
that the stimulus file has been loaded or is running or anything.  I know
there must be some simple trick I'm missing but I am currently at a loss.
Anyone know the quick fix?
