I found a different one called "e810007b.pdf".  Its 900K and has info on
all the things mentioned in previous posts.  I went to the japenese
hitachi site at www.hitachi.co.jp and selected the english language
pages then products / semiconductors.  It was listed on the main section
in a list of new items.  I couldnt seem to get a connection to the US
hitachi server.  Anyone with the larger file care to tell what the
differences are between the 2 (I have never done any smt so I would
really like the most useful version)
