Subject: SRAM for PIC rocket
Someone asked a week or so ago for a very small 1M SRAM to
go inside a rocket tube. I've found a thin (1.5mm) SMT one inside
the Gameboy camera. It measures 8mm x 15mm (inc pins), it's
128kB x 8 and the part number is Sharp 52CV1000SF85LL.
Also read this week of the Sony MemoryStick. 160Mb, 21 x 50 x
3.5mm, didn't say price or if it was S or D.

The Sony Memory Sticks that I have seen to date are basically used for the same purposes as Compact Flash or Smart Media, so I suspect it is flash memory rather than SRAM or DRAM.
