Phil, This is about my experience. UV exposition method is better and more reliable. The other method some times for some reasons you may loose some traces because of bla-bla-bla. I personally do not use paper transfer method any more because I am not getting good result all the time. I heard some one from this list did different method every thing home made and got pretty good result.
