Well I have found some memory chips, or so I have been told.

AM2813ADC
MJ2813

These I have been told are 2k eeprom? I have also heard they are
some type of fifo.

ER-3400
other markings are GI 8248HHA

serial eeprom?

Anyhow, I have been searching on the net for two days and have found
nothing.  If anyone knows what these chips are or where I might find
data sheets... I would be grateful for the info.

I am guessing that neither of these chips have been produced in a while
since I pulled them off some boards with 6802 and 8080 processors, real
old by my estimation!
