I agree with Peter. I'm also another Warp-13 user, choosing this
particular programmer because it's compatible with MPLAB, emulating the
PIC Start Plus. It was also cheaper, (Jim quotes a saving of 60% over a
PIC Start Plus) which makes it more attractive to the hobbyist on a
tight budget.
