  Drain supply and Source supply.  If that's confusing, consider it as
applying to NMOS as Vcc and Vee tend to apply to NPN as a default.

  In this digital world, I tend to think of "off" and "on" circuits, so
I tend to consider whether current flows in a circuit (whole loop) or
doesn't rather than bother which direction it flows.
