The 6811 is a 6809 with controller circuity added... there must be a forum for them. I used a 6809BE back in 1979. It is a standard 8 bit cpu with a slew of registers for it's age. I can't imagine there is lack of information out there. Try mot.com, they are good for some specs and info... but you knew that, didn't you?
