We use the Advanced TransData's RICE17A for 16C73 and 17C756 work.  There
were some growing pains early on, but the staff at Advanced TransData has
assisted through each one with upgrades and fixes.  Having worked with other
companies ICE units I would rate Advanced TaransData support as very good.
My wish list for the 17C756 module still includes the ability to dump
external memory in defined blocks.
