Being this precise, they are normally considered references.
Look for "3-pin" or "series" references.
I believe LTC has got some nice ones, even lowdrop, IIRC.
Brobably not capable of 100mA, but how much do you need?
A PNP boost transistor could be used as for 78xx series without significantly affecting accuracy.
