im using an Pic with an Xtal of 4Mhz and an delay routine that takes
4*250 cycles
this is an delay of 1ms

I measure these time and the output frequency is 625hz (1.6kHz)

my anwers: could the Cext=22pF (Capacitor between xtal and gnd) be to
low
                  or is this a problem in my programm (i disabled Wdt /
Gie)?
