Hello

        I am working on a project that uses a 16C56.  I wrote and tested
the program in MPLAB and everything worked fine.   I programmed the chip
using a PRo-MATE II  and the chip appeared to program fine.  However,
when I put the chip into the circuit it does not work.  When the program
starts RB0 should be low and an LED should come on but it does not.  In
fact nothing appears to be working at all.  I also looked for a clock
signal on the crystal and could not find one, I think that may be the
problem.  If anyone might know what is wrong if you think I might have
missed something please let me know.  I have also set MCLR high.
