Are there any timing differences between a:
25C320/P
and a
25LC640I/P
?????

I am using the 320 part (32K) and just tried to use
the 640 (64K) part and when run in my target,
software error messages appear.  The Microchip
docs for the 640 are still  preliminary.  So what
changes or am I missing something?????
