Radar Electric (Seattle store) sells them, Molex makes these IIRC?  I
can definitely get you some, worst case <G>)  Aaah.  Knew I'd seen
these, as I am about to get some;  Try the current Jameco catalog, page
48, Jameco part numbers 109145, 117567, 42075, 42067, 42729, 42649 for
connectors & pins, the last 4 are probably what you want (first 2 are
PCB Mount male vertical & horizontal mount.)  About 65 cents a
connector, with pins <G>  (http://www.jameco.com)

They also have the smaller 3.5" FDD connectors, same page.
