Hello all,
I started on a routine to convert UTC to local time. When given enough time
I think I'll get it. But as this is something that must have been done
before it appears sensible to see if some-one is willing to share the code.
Never invent the wheel all over again unless you are sure you can have it
patented....

UTC is available in BCD and the offset in BCD or binary. The + or -  is
available as a bit in a flag.  I have to take rollover of the date (and
month and year...) into account as well.....

Anyone with some code? Got to be compact as well... Have only 175 words free
in my 16F86 and some other things to do as well...

Help will be very much appreciated.
