you have installed the driver incorrectly  or the card dont work
you will have to load windows in safe mode (switch on then hold down f8 )
select safe mode ect ect
then install driver again  (first check that you have plug and play os
enabled in bois)
if this dont work then go to settings /control panel/system
then remove the usb driver.




P.S reinstalling windows will not cure this problem
unless you totally delete the windows system directory
