They'd have the .pdf files, if you need those I'd also look at Mouser, Insight, etc., my catalogs are all in the other room but I'd think one or more of them would have them. Even better; http://www.findchips.com/ is GREAT; It searches 21 distributors for that part, lets you have pricing/availability from each, which is NICE. Arrow may have the 3110's, and has some 3140's at least. (877)237-8621 to reach them. Nu Horizons may have some. For onesies/small #s, Maxim is good.
