http://www.maxim-ic.com/ is a good place to look, they do handle small
orders off their web pages, as well as sample to engineers.  They'd have
the .pdf files, if you need those <G>

I'd also look at Mouser, Insight, etc., my catalogs are all in the other
room but I'd think one or more of them would have them.

Even better;  http://www.findchips.com/ is GREAT;  It searches 21
distributors for that part, lets you have pricing/availability from
each, which is NICE.  Arrow may have the 3110's, and has some 3140's at
least. (877)237-8621 to reach them.  Nu Horizons may have some.  For
onesies/small #s, Maxim is good.

Also, http://www.chipinfo.ru/e/index.html has docs on some parts, but
not all.  Helpful!
