Jon,

Prof. Anderson has an excellent reputation within the MCU community
for fairness and promptness.  He is not in the electronics parts
business; any profits (which I understand are pretty slim) go to
lab equipment and supplies for his students.

My personal experience in placing several orders with Prof. Anderson
has always been very good.  On each order he has charged me less for
shipping than the amount stated on the Priority Mail box.
