Haven't ordered lately, this is usually a pretty busy time of year for him - he is not in the mail order business for much profit - his real job is a professor of engineering. My experiences with him have all been very good - better than any one else I have tried. I know him personally (through a workshop I took from him at his Summer home in Vermont) and I consider him a most honest and down to earth person. I have, on occasion, had to remind him of some things - but he usually made up for it in the long run. I'm sorry for your bad experience, I would chalk it up as bad karma for now. (I know, that doesn't help much if you were planning on getting something and now you don't have it).
