Don't mean to gripe, but I would like to know if I should take this

Has anyone been successful lately placing an order with Peter Anderson?

I tried to purchase his C programming routines, faxed the order, sent 3
follow-up emails over almost a three week period with no response.  In
desperation I finally "shouted" at him, got his attention, and he responded
that he was busy, didn't like being "shouted" at and didn't care to do
business with me.

I apologized for "shouting" and said I still wanted the C routines and have
not heard from him in another two weeks.

Is this a unique experience?  I have purchased from him before and received
excellent service.

BTW, I would still like the C programming routines advertised on his web site.
