I was wondering if anybody tried to build the f84 programmer by Jens Dyekj¾r Madsen at http://www.gbar.dtu.dk/~c888600/newpic.htm.  I recently built this programmer and have not been able to get it to work.  I've checked the power supply voltages across the zener diodes and found 0 volts across the 5.1 volt zener while programming an F84. Is this correct?  Also, when running the pictest program, it seems to time out when doing a random number check and a writing zeros check.  Has anybody had any luck with this board?
